Watch Fred follow a 60 day juice diet

As his new year resolution, Fred Durst has decided to go on a 60 day juice-only diet and has decided to let everybody watch him suffer throughout his journey. For that matter, he has opened new tumblr and twitter accounts where he uploads videos and photos on a daily basis. If you were waiting for an oportunity to go on a diet but didn’t want to do it alone or you are such a hardcore fan that you even want to know what Fred has for breakfast, lunch and dinner here is your chance!

Happy Birthday, Fred!

Yesterday, August 20th, it was Fred Durst’s 41 birthday. We, the Armpit, wish he had a good one. The photo above is a customized menu for him at the restaurant where he spent his birthday.
We also want to wish that next year is as good (or better) for him and Limp Bizkit as this one was.
Paul Walker to star in Fred’s new film

Fast and the Furious alum Paul Walker is starring in Fred’s new thriller, “Pawn Shop Chronicles.”
Jordan Schur and David Mimran of Mimran Schur Pictures are producing with Steven Schneider, who produces via his Room 101 shingle. Durst, lead singer of Limp Bizkit, is also producing.
Lionsgate is handling international sales and will also distribute domestically.
“This is a hillbilly Pulp Fiction,” said Schur, calling the script “fast-moving and action-packed. It’s also very funny. It’s got all these elements to really pack a punch.”
The interconnected stories center on a missing wedding ring which leads to a wild-goose chase involving meth addicts, skinheads and an Elvis impersonator.
Actor-turned-scribe Adam Minarovich, who at one point worked in a pawn shop in North Caroline, wrote the script.

Gold Cobra almost ready?

According to a tweet from Fred, “Gold Cobra” should be ready by the end of this month.
Limp Bizkit Gold Cobra should be mixed and ready to press by the end of February. – @freddurst
This doesn’t mean that it will be released by then, by the way, just that it might be finished soon thus a release date could be approaching. Obviously Fred will post more info when he has it so no point speculating aimlessly.
