Our forum member Skoll has tipped us off that Why Try will appear in the new movie “Real Steel” as well as the soundtrack.

The movie stars Hugh Jackman and is a science-fiction drama set in the near-future where 2,000-pound humanoid robots do battle. Word on the street is Why Try kicks in during one of the battle scenes, so if you like robots and Limp Bizkit this movie is for you. “Real Steel” is scheduled to be released on October 7, 2011.

On one of his new songs, Hard White, the rapper Yelawolf has mentioned Limp Bizkit with the next line:
They probably think I’m with Limp Bizkit, who spit’s jelley.
Not sure what he meant with that line. It’s up to you to interpret it. You can listen to the song on YouTube and discuss about it on our forums.

We also want to wish that next year is as good (or better) for him and Limp Bizkit as this one was.

Wes talks about the new album
Aug 8th

A german tattoo magazine has recently interviewed Wes Borland, and he had something exciting to say:
The new album will sound like Bring It Back.
He says that Bring It Back is currently his and Fred’s favourite song on Gold Cobra, and that even if it doesn’t sound exactly like what they’ve done before, it still sounds like Limp Bizkit.
