Limp Bizkit performed a cover of Rage Against The Machine‘s “Killing In The Name” during their set at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, FL last night, April 25th. The show marked the opening stop of their ongoing US tour.

DJ Lethal has responded via his Twitter on still not being accepted back into the band for the latest USA Tour.
“must admit. I wanna go on tour bad. Went to a show the other day and I miss that feeling.why do bands always have to have drama. #peace”
“I’m not lashing out. Talking shit or any of that. I already went through that phase. I just wanna be back home where I belong.wish only best”

Another video snippet of Fred and Ross Robinson working on vocals has surfaced here. Although only a few seconds, longtime fans may recognize the clip as Don’t Remember/No Control/You know a holy grail of Limp Bizkit demos never released. Speculation has started if this will be a new rehashed song or if fans across the world will now get their studio version on Stampede of the Disco Elephants.
Fred added this vocal update:

Ross Robinson Returns

Famed producer Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot) is once again involved with the band for the forthcoming new album “Stampede Of The Disco Elephants“. Fred revealed via his Twitter he is currently in Venice, CA studio working with the “Godfather of Nu-Metal” who has previously produced their 1997 debut “Three Dollar Bill Y’All” and 2005′s “The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1)”.

Limp Bizkit’s seventh studio album “Stampede Of The Disco Elephants” is tentatively set for a Spring/Summer release via Cash Money Records.

Wes Borland Talks DJ Lethal Situation

Wes Borland via his Twitter shed some light about ousted member DJ Lethal. Talking to a fan:
“Sorry. No. Not going to happen. Thanks for your support, but that’s a wrap. We started without him and we’ll end without him.”
When asked if they would give Lethal a second chance:
“We’ve given Lee 1000 chances. Stop. Just stop. You don’t have a clue about anything. Please just stop. Because I am right now.”
However, Wes did leave the door open for the popular DJ:
“Lee coming back is completely up to him, not us. And so far, it seems like he doesn’t care to come back.”
